Shalom Saar
Senior Lecturer
Shalom Saada Saar teaches leadership and management at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics and serves as a visiting professor at the China Europe International Business School. Dr. Saar has worked with various companies on articulating strategic direction, identifying leadership competencies, designing and delivering learning initiatives, and providing coaching to executives. His clients have included multinational corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
In addition to teaching at Harvard and MIT, Shalom taught at the State University of New York, University of Hartford, Southern Methodist University and Loyola College. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Swarthmore College; and Master and Doctoral degrees in Organizational Behavior and Administration from Harvard University.
