Hello! I’m Bharti from the vibrant land of India. I hold a degree in Industrial and Production Engineering and pursued an MBA from IIM Mumbai to dive deeper into the business world. I began my career at Johnson & Johnson as a Management Trainee, where I joined their GOLD (Global Operations Leadership) Program, and later took on the role of Manufacturing Manager at Unilever. Over the past eight years, I’ve cherished both experiences, each shaping my career in unique ways. At J&J, I honed my skills as an individual contributor, while Unilever taught me the art of leading teams and driving results. I’m genuinely passionate about my work and eager to continue growing in this field through the learning opportunities at MIT. At MIT, I’m excited to explore new areas of interest and form lifelong friendships and meaningful connections. I have a deep passion for engaging discussions about science and spirituality, often enjoying thoughtful conversations over a cup of tea. In my free time, I love to read, write, play chess, and discover new places, all of which fuel my creativity and personal growth.
