    I earned my degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Economics from Michigan State University. During my undergraduate years, I took a gap year to gain hands-on industry experience, completing two six-month internships focused on demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and procurement. After graduation, I joined Kearney’s Strategic Operations Practice, where I have spent the past three years working closely with senior executives across the industrial manufacturing, retail, and medical diagnostics sectors. Through this work, I’ve built a strong foundation in supply chain strategy and operations, tackling complex challenges across diverse industries. I look forward to continuing this learning journey at MIT.

    I’m David Moreno, and I grew up in Monterrey, Mexico, where I earned my degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Monterrey Tech. I have experience in supply chain and technology, having worked at Heineken Mexico’s Strategic Transport Center, and in the Inventory Demand Planning Area and Sales and Orders team at Home Depot Mexico’s omnichannel department. Joining the MIT Supply Chain Management program is an exciting opportunity for me to build on my knowledge and take on new challenges. Outside of work, I enjoy running, exploring coffee culture, and following finance trends. I’m excited to grow both personally and professionally through this program, and to collaborate with others to shape the future of supply chain management.

She has led machine learning–driven initiatives to tackle critical challenges including optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), developing AI-powered solutions for procurement insights, and optimizing logistics cost. Through these initiatives, she has enabled CPG, Pharma, Manufacturing companies to make data-driven decisions in key operational processes.

  • Saloni Patel

    My name is Saloni Patel, and I’m from the Chicago suburbs! I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, along with a Minor in Informatics. During undergrad, I gained hands-on experience at Caterpillar and Ingredion, focusing on logistics, data analysis, and process optimization. I also worked at Maya Cosmetics, where I enhanced operations and managed e-commerce.

    After graduation, I joined General Motors’ GPSC TRACK rotational program, where I developed experience in logistics, supply chain, and purchasing. I then became an Engineering Change Breakpoint Coordinator, supporting four EV program launches and managing complex supply chains.

    Outside of work, I love getting creative in the kitchen with vegetarian recipes, diving into a good thriller, and exploring new places and cultures. I’m passionate about finding innovative and sustainable solutions in supply chains, and I get excited about any opportunity to make a meaningful impact while learning something new along the way!

    My name is Liem Phan. I graduated from Penn State in 2020 with a degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems. Following graduation, I worked as a cloud consultant at Oracle then transitioned to a contracts position at NAVSUP WSS (Naval Supply Systems Command). I am excited to join such a prestigious program and I can’t wait to learn more about Supply Chain and make many meaningful connections and friendships along the way!

    Before joining MIT, Diandra Riando served as a Senior Operations Excellence Manager at ByteDance’s logistics division in Indonesia, where he led strategic initiatives to optimize last-mile delivery for major e-commerce platforms. With a background in engineering and supply chain optimization, Diandra has designed and implemented scalable logistics networks, improved key operational metrics, and driven cost-saving programs across multiple cities. He brings expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics to solve complex operational challenges. Diandra is passionate about leveraging technology and process design to build efficient, human-centered supply chains.

  • Paige Ruhlman

    Paige Ruhlman is a lifelong learner and problem solver who is passionate about optimizing operations, connecting people, and making a hands-on impact to improve the lives of others. Originally from Arizona, she earned undergraduate degrees in Supply Chain Management and Business Data Analytics from Arizona State University. Paige began her career as a Supply Chain Program Manager at Cisco in San Francisco, where she led end-to-end supply chain activities, including material readiness, cost analyses, risk assessments, and ramp planning. At MIT, Paige is excited to sharpen her analytical skills, explore cutting-edge research, and learn from the esteemed faculty and diverse community to drive innovation. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys traveling, skiing, discovering new coffee shops, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

  • Rishi Raghav Sanker

    I am Rishi Raghav from Chennai, India. I have 6 years experience working as a supply chain bureaucrat with Indian Railways, managing freight operations. My primary focus was on removing operational constraints to drive systemic improvements. As the manager of a workforce of more than 3,000 employees, I took pride in fostering collaborative decision-making and implementing workplace improvements. I hold an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from India and a graduate degree in Urban Planning from Georgia Tech. I am now eager to further develop my supply chain expertise at MIT and contribute to its collaborative learning environment.

    Karam is a management consultant specializing in large-scale supply chain transformations. With nearly a decade of global experience, he advises leading North American retailers on optimizing logistics, automating warehousing operations, and enhancing supply chain network performance.


    Throughout his career, Karam has led high-impact strategic programs that deliver measurable results, driving successful supply chain transformations for major retailers. Known for blending technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, he has built a reputation for achieving high client retention in his consulting work.

    Karam has led cross-functional teams, driven the adoption of proprietary supply chain platforms across different markets, and guided clients through high-stakes operational decisions. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

    Outside of consulting, Karam is committed to community service and talent development. He volunteers with local food banks and frequently leads internal training programs on logistics and supply chain optimization.
