Karam is a management consultant specializing in large-scale supply chain transformations. With nearly a decade of global experience, he advises leading North American retailers on optimizing logistics, automating warehousing operations, and enhancing supply chain network performance.


Throughout his career, Karam has led high-impact strategic programs that deliver measurable results, driving successful supply chain transformations for major retailers. Known for blending technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, he has built a reputation for achieving high client retention in his consulting work.

Karam has led cross-functional teams, driven the adoption of proprietary supply chain platforms across different markets, and guided clients through high-stakes operational decisions. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Outside of consulting, Karam is committed to community service and talent development. He volunteers with local food banks and frequently leads internal training programs on logistics and supply chain optimization.
