Ashley Choi

Ashley is a Management Consultant at Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice. She is aligned to Supply Chain & Operations, working on projects related to Integrated Business Planning, Autonomous Warehousing, Digital Manyfacturing, and Sustainable Supply Chains. Prior to Accenture, Ashley had various roles at PepsiCo including Supply Chain Operations Leader, Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, and CAPEX Project Manager. She has deep CPG industry experience and exposure to end to end Supply Chain, from raw material sourcing to manufacturing and warehousing. Ashley graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
