Morgan Heller

Following her graduation from Lehigh University in 2023 with a degree in industrial and systems engineering, Morgan began her early career as a process improvement consultant at IBM. Her project focus primarily included healthcare systems optimization. Her most passionate work includes decreasing inpatient length of stay in a major hospital system, as well as improving efficiency in blood drives across the country. Morgan is looking forward to furthering her education in Supply Chain at MIT!
