Emily Pham

Emily Pham is a systems thinker who is driven by a belief in people, their resilience, creativity, and their ability to change the world when provided with structure and the resources to succeed. She started her career with Medtronic in continuous improvement and lean roles across medical device manufacturing, operations, and distribution for the past 4 years in Denver and New Jersey. Most recently, she has stepped into hospitality management. Emily is a supply chain professional who is passionate about tackling the climate crisis. She joins MIT to deepen her technical and analytical toolkit and to pursue work that advances climate‑aligned operational systems.
