Aagosh is a supply chain analyst focused on resilience and behavioral decision-making under uncertainty. He holds a degree in Applied Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and minors in Business and Fictional Film-making. His experience spans procurement roles across manufacturing and financial services, where he has worked on sourcing, vendor management, and inventory and purchasing operations in environments with limited process maturity. His work has included building procurement and inventory SOPs, analyzing and creating bills of materials, managing purchase orders and supplier coordination, and supporting cost and payment term negotiations.
At MIT, he is particularly interested in systems thinking and dynamics, cross domain influence in supply chain resilience, behavioral decision-making, and the use of data and technology to improve supply chain strategy and risk management. He is also interested in exploring how cognitive biases, mental heuristics, and organizational decision processes influence resilience and operational outcomes.
