Carl Chahrouri

Carl Chahrouri joins the MIT SCMr program as a Supply Chain Senior Consultant at KPMG Canada, where he specialized in logistics and distribution. He advised large-scale clients on logistics diagnostics, warehouse design and automation, and network optimization projects across industries in North America. His broader work spans AI-enabled decision platforms, supply chain strategy, procurement, and planning. This foundation shaped how Carl builds at the intersection of agentic AI and supply chain, where he led a team through the development and rollout of AI agents across KPMG Canada’s supply chain practice. Outside work, he carries that same spirit of challenge, adventure, and curiosity into international sailing regattas and road cycling, while exploring different cultures through travel, conversation, and cuisine.
