Doaa Khalil is a supply chain professional with experience in integrated planning operations. She has been extremely fortunate to work across many industries. She is currently pursuing SCM at MIT, building upon her extensive expertise in global project management, material and capacity planning, inventory optimization, end-to-end synchronization, and digital transformation.
Since 2019, Doaa has held several positions at Procter & Gamble in Cairo, Egypt, most recently as the Fabric and Home Care Category Supply Planning Leader for full IMEA region. In this role, she orchestrated category financial forecasts, inventory management, and optimized building blocks, resulting in significant 5% cash increase, 8% cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. Doaa was selected in 2021 to lead P&G’s SAP S4/Han, the ERP digital transformation project for MEA region, one of the most significant initiatives in the company’s history for last 2 decades, which delivered the digital revolution and 1 million on-time tests across domains with less than 1% defect rate. Multiple awards, including P&G’s Global Chairman Award and CEO Award, have recognized her achievements. She also spearheaded supply chain operations for the United Company of Pharmacists subsidiary of UK Walgreens Boots Alliance, delivering essential medicines through operational efficiency and accurate demand predictions.
In September 2022, the U.S. Department of State selected Doaa among 10,000 female leaders for the prestigious Techwomen Fellowship in recognition of her contributions to STEM. The fellowship offered her professional supply chain, risk management, sustainability mentorship programs at leading tech companies in Silicon Valley, such as Pinterest, Google, Marvel, Workday and Synopsis. Doaa holds a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science from Cairo University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy. Her diverse background, technical and leadership roles that she led, and ongoing pursuit of knowledge at MIT reflect her commitment to pushing the boundaries of supply chain management.
