John Zhang is pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at MIT and holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University. He has experience across manufacturing operations, business planning, and finance- managing complex, capital-intensive supply chains. At Texas Instruments, John led end-to-end supply chain execution and managed product portfolios, working directly with both 200mm and 300mm wafer fabs to develop production plans and align factory capacity with forecasted demand. Most recently, he supported the External Manufacturing organization, focusing on financial forecasting, performance tracking, and building analytical models to drive strategic sourcing decisions and supplier collaboration.
Passionate about the intersection of operations, data, and finance, John aims to drive measurable impact by improving supply chain efficiency and resilience. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and cheering on the Aggies.
