Karthik Suresh

Karthik Suresh is a Lead Procurement Specialist at GE Aerospace, where he supports military and commercial aerospace programs through procurement operations, supplier management, and process improvement initiatives across complex supply chains. He manages a high-volume portfolio of aerospace components critical to production continuity and collaborates cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve supply chain constraints and maintain operational performance. His experience includes strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, procurement operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives within highly regulated aerospace environments. Prior to GE Aerospace, Karthik worked in startup retail operations managing purchasing, inventory, negotiations, e-commerce operations, and team leadership within the sneaker industry. Karthik will be pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he aims to continue developing his leadership and operational expertise within the aerospace industry.
