Mengqi (Lucas) Tang is pursuing a graduate degree in Supply Chain Management at MIT, class of 2026. Mengqi previously served as the Director of Supply Chain at Zhongding USA Inc., a publicly traded company in China operating in the U.S, and a major player in the non-tire rubber molding industry, serving global customers across automotive, heavy truck, construction, and agricultural equipment sectors. Mengqi held key roles in purchasing and supply chain optimization, managing multimillion-dollar procurement budgets; leading process improvements, risk mitigations, business consolidations, and cost saving projects.
