Rafael Rodas

Candidate, Class of 2026

Rafael Rodas is an operations executive who helps companies scale through disciplined strategy execution, thoughtful deployment of technology, and the design of teams built to deliver sustained results. He builds operations organizations structured for growth—aligning people, processes, and systems to drive performance and long-term value creation.

As Chief Operating Officer of Clio Snacks, a high-growth consumer packaged goods company, Rafael leads operational strategy, supply chain management, manufacturing, research & development, food safety and quality, and information systems. He has aligned the operations organization to the company’s strategic objectives, implemented enterprise systems to strengthen performance, and enhanced cross-functional execution to support revenue growth and the achievement of financial targets.

Rafael brings deep experience in scaling consumer brands. At SodaStream USA, following its acquisition by PepsiCo, he led operations during a period of significant revenue expansion, including rapid growth of the company’s direct-to-consumer channel. He also led the U.S. expansion of Brazil’s Havaianas footwear brand, overseeing operations, supply chain, retail, and e-commerce channels while driving meaningful growth across physical stores and digital platforms.

His leadership philosophy centers on people, process discipline, and the intelligent use of systems and technology. He focuses on placing the right talent in the right roles, building alignment across functions, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making where teams are empowered to act with clarity and confidence.

Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Candidate for the Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management (Class of 2026) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
