Shrivats Agarwal

Shrivats Agarwal brings over five years of experience optimizing technology and business processes across the financial services and retail sectors. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, he joined Ernst & Young’s Technology Consulting group in the New York City Metropolitan area. He supported major financial institutions on large-scale technology initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation. His work spanned conducting an IT strategy assessment for a major insurer, developing and scaling a bank’s loan forgiveness process, and managing technology delivery for a post-acquisition digital integration at a leading bank. He also worked at EY Canada as a Senior Consultant, where he developed a Joint Technology Operating Model for a major Canadian fuel and convenience retailer.

Shrivats is excited to begin a new chapter of his career at MIT’s Supply Chain Management Program. He aspires to blend analytical rigor with structured problem-solving to build systems that are efficient, adaptive, and people focused. In his free time, Shrivats enjoys playing golf and squash, learning Mandarin, and solving crossword puzzles!
