    Emma is a Digital Marketing and Communications Administrator for the MIT Supply Chain Management Masters Program, The MITx MicroMasters Program in SCM, and MIT’s Center for Transportation and Logistics. She supports all three teams in enrollment marketing, social media management, website development, and program development.

    Emma graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a dual degree in English and Theater, a certificate in Professional Writing & Technical Communication, and a Creative Writing letter of specialization. 

  • Justin Snow

    Justin Snow is the Career Development & Alumni Relations Counselor for the Supply Chain Management graduate programs. He helps prepare students for their job search, liaises with companies, coordinates on-campus recruiting, facilitates connecting current students with alumni, and plans alumni events.

    Justin has over 10 years of experience working in higher education administration. He holds a master’s degree in College Student Development & Counseling from Northeastern University.

  • Kate Padilla

    September 22, 2023

    Kate serves as the Program Assistant to the Supply Chain Management Program. She primarily assists with aspects of admissions, event planning, and office management, and supports the facilitation of the Supply Chain Excellence Awards. Prior to this position, Kate was a student at Bowdoin College in Maine. She has also conducted marine biology research, volunteered at a music museum as an administrative assistant, and run her own online art store.

    Kate is from Chattanooga, Tennessee and graduated from Bowdoin College with majors in biology and visual arts and a minor in art history. 

  • Leonard Morrison

    September 22, 2023

    Len Morrison is responsible for career and professional development, employer relations, alumni engagement and employment outcomes for the Supply Chain Management Master’s degree program. Prior to MIT, Len was director of undergraduate career services at Bentley University, where he led a nationally-ranked career team serving 4,000 undergraduate students. Under his leadership, Bentley career services ranked among the top 5 career offices in the U.S. from 2012-2017. Prior to Bentley, he led graduate career services at Northeastern University and Babson College.

    Len has extensive career coaching and advising experience and has helped hundreds of undergraduate and MBA students secure meaningful employment at leading firms in the financial services, consulting, defense, retail and technology sectors. He is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Shawmut Bank.

    Len earned his BA in History and Economics from Bates College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

  • Lisa Kim

    Lisa serves as the Digital Marketing and Communications Administrator for the MIT Supply Chain Management Masters Program and The MITx MicroMasters Program in SCM. She supports both teams as a creative and technical expert in enrollment marketing, social media management, website development, and program development.

    Lisa brings years of prior experience in the education industry at The Princeton Review, and at a 360 Photography-based startup company, ORANGEMONKIE. She is from Colorado and has graduated from the University of California – Berkeley with a BA in Media Studies, and Journalism.
