  • Ahmed Abdelhak

    Ahmed Abdelhak is a Program Manager with over a decade of experience leading large-scale technology and infrastructure initiatives, shaping supply chain strategy and operational execution within complex technical environments. His background includes driving EPC-led infrastructure builds, scaling new product introductions (NPI), and delivering mission-critical technology deployments across material handling and logistics, pharmaceutical, and, in recent years, hyperscale data center industries. Prior to MIT, he led multi-region programs, translating strategy into coordinated execution across distributed, cross-functional teams and vendors (OEMs, ODMs, and CMs), as well as deployment partners.


    Ahmed holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Menoufia University and is a PMI-certified PgMP and PMP. He is completing his Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management at MIT, where he focuses on data analytics, machine learning–based optimization, and scalable supply chain systems. He is particularly interested in designing adaptive supply networks that integrate strategy, operations, data, and program execution to strengthen resilience and long-term performance. Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys traveling, exploring local cafés and restaurants, playing tennis, and recently taking up golf.

    I began my career as a Graduate Trainee at Philip Morris International and spent the next 10 years evolving into a Supply Chain Strategy leader. My experience spans the entire value chain, from leaf planning and tobacco sourcing to warehousing & logistics strategy. Most recently, in my strategy role, I gained a deep end-to-end perspective by bridging supply chain operations with commercial objectives and financial drivers. I’m thrilled to join MIT’s brilliant minds to tackle the most urgent challenges in supply chains, with a particular focus on honing my expertise in supply network design and optimization.

After four impactful rotations in tactical supply chain roles across three different manufacturing facilities, I rolled off as a Material Requirements Planner and Buyer in Greenville, SC. My professional passion revolves around building sustainable systems through clear standard work, daily continuous improvement, and data-based decision making. My vision is to be a transformational supply chain leader that blends emotional intelligence with technical depth – someone who develops systems that both reduce churn and elevate the problem solving ability of the organization.

His recent work focuses on supply chain and digital transformation initiatives in the Communications, Media, and Technology industry, with expertise in data center and AI infrastructure. Juan earned a MicroMasters credential in Supply Chain Management from MITx and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez. He is passionate about leveraging technology and supply chain strategy to drive innovation and resilience in global operations.

    Ashley is a Management Consultant at Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice. She is aligned to Supply Chain & Operations, working on projects related to Integrated Business Planning, Autonomous Warehousing, Digital Manyfacturing, and Sustainable Supply Chains. Prior to Accenture, Ashley had various roles at PepsiCo including Supply Chain Operations Leader, Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, and CAPEX Project Manager. She has deep CPG industry experience and exposure to end to end Supply Chain, from raw material sourcing to manufacturing and warehousing. Ashley graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

    My name is Sam Clarke, and I’m an Inventory Planning and Replenishment (IPR) Director for QXO, a nationwide distributor of roofing, waterproofing, and complementary building products. I lead a team of analysts who are responsible for all things inventory for our east waterproofing division: 35 branches, spanning from Boston to Miami, Chicago to Dallas, and everywhere in between. I have been with the company for 8-1/2 years and have held various roles: inside sales representative, development and training specialist, IT analyst, and purchasing manager. Having gone through two company acquisitions in the past four years, I have been a core team member responsible for two successful ERP conversions, as well as TMS and WMS integrations. I have a strong background in inventory management of expirable goods and IT project implementation; I look forward to continue developing my supply chain knowledge through this program.

Previously, I have led partnerships, procurement, and account management teams at organizations including Isometric Technologies, RXO, and Niagara Bottling, managing nine-figure logistics spends and building scalable vendor relationships and routing guides.

    Nicolás is an Industrial Engineer from Bogotá, Colombia, with more than three years of professional experience in last-mile logistics, routing optimization, and operational excellence across Latin America. His career spans key sectors including postal services, food logistics, and e-commerce, where he has focused on designing and monitoring large-scale distribution networks. He specializes in developing analytical tools for logistics KPIs and leading data-driven process improvement initiatives.


    Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, Formula 1, geography, and traveling.

  • Jenny Gerasimov

    Jenny Gerasimov is a supply chain–focused product manager and data strategist. She has worked across retail and consumer products organizations including CVS Health, PepsiCo, and HelloFresh, building analytics-driven products and decision tools for complex retail and supply chain environments. She holds a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from NYU and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at MIT.
