    Mengqi (Lucas) Tang is pursuing a graduate degree in Supply Chain Management at MIT, class of 2026. Mengqi previously served as the Director of Supply Chain at Zhongding USA Inc., a publicly traded company in China operating in the U.S, and a major player in the non-tire rubber molding industry, serving global customers across automotive, heavy truck, construction, and agricultural equipment sectors. Mengqi held key roles in purchasing and supply chain optimization, managing multimillion-dollar procurement budgets; leading process improvements, risk mitigations, business consolidations, and cost saving projects.

  • Rui Yang Teo

    Rui Yang Teo is a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management candidate at MIT, where his capstone focuses on developing agentic AI solutions to improve accounts payable efficiency at a Fortune 100 global healthcare company. He previously spent four years at Apple in Singapore as a Channel Operations Account Manager, where he spearheaded analytics-driven initiatives in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and product assortment that improved fulfillment performance and sales efficiency. Rui Yang holds an MS in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS (Hons) in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore.

    Andrea is an Industrial and Mechanical Engineer with international experience across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, specializing in supply chain innovation and sustainable systems design. Her work explores how emerging technologies and human-centered strategies can transform global operations into engines for equity and resilience.

    With a background in consulting and research, she now collaborates on immersive simulation projects in aerospace contexts, integrating virtual reality to model complex systems in zero-gravity environments. Andrea is passionate about building inclusive, data-driven supply chains that connect communities, foster collaboration, and shape a more sustainable and interconnected world.

  • Sutherland Wiggins

    October 1, 2025

    Sutherland Wiggins is a supply chain and operations professional with experience spanning across front-end supply chain, manufacturing and asset maintenance, primarily within an aviation context. Most recently, she served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where she led Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) transformation efforts for public sector clients, with a core focus on Naval aviation. Prior to Deloitte, Sutherland managed the production supply chain at Mercury Systems, an avionics manufacturer, overseeing procurement strategy and supplier performance. She holds a B.S. in Operations and Supply Chain and International Business (summa cum laude) from the University of South Carolina, along with APICS CPIM and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. Her work is defined by technical acumen, analytical precision, and people-first leadership.

  • Meghan Wood

    Meghan was an Industrial Engineer at the United States Postal Service before enrolling in the MIT Supply Chain Management Master’s Program. At the USPS, Meghan was recognized for her hard work using network optimization tools to improve mail flows as well as design and implement new sorting processes. She is excited to expand upon the knowledge from her previous position as well as her undergraduate program at Lehigh University and become an expert in SCM. In her free time, Meghan likes to read, crochet, go to the gym, and attend dance classes.

  • Sharvil Khot

    October 1, 2025

    Sharvil joins MIT’s SCM program after 3.5 years in supply chain consulting at Argon & Co., where he designed logistics networks, optimized inventories, and improved warehouse operations for clients across India, Australia, and the U.S. Known for his strong analytical acumen, he has delivered data-driven strategies that unlocked multimillion-dollar savings and improved service reliability.

    At MIT, Sharvil is building on this technical foundation by sharpening his skills in procurement, strategy, and advanced analytics. His long-term goal is to leverage these strengths to lead global supply chain transformations that drive both business value and sustainable impact.
