The Benefits of Partnership

Here’s how you can connect with our SCM talent pool

Sponsor a capstone project

We pair our experienced SCM students and researchers with sponsoring companies to address practical, workable solutions to real-world supply chain challenges. Over the course of 10 months, our corporate partners reap the benefits from student teams that apply their quantitative and technical acumen to deliver new insights and fresh approaches to a current supply chain project. Share your insights and expertise

Every academic year, supply chain professionals from our partner companies share their leadership lessons, knowledge, and experience with our students. These discussions are an opportunity for you to meet our students, and for our students to learn more about your company and the challenges facing your industry.

See our students in action

During our three-week business case competition, multiple teams of experienced students apply their considerable quantitative and technical skills to creatively solve real world data-centric supply chain problems submitted by partner companies. You’ll review their recommendations and select the winning team—and maybe find your next new hire.

Recruit and hire our graduates

We’ll create a customized on-campus recruiting experience with opportunities to promote your organization and meet and hire our students.

Information for Employers

Looking for a supply chain professional to join your team? Be first in line!

MIT’s SCM program offers several options to companies looking to connect with our outstanding students. While the traditional method of conducting an on-campus presentation and interviews is an effective form of recruitment, it is not the only way of engaging with our cohort. We can work with your company to customize a recruitment plan that fits your needs. See our Employment Report (pdf) to learn about our student demographic and the other companies who recruit our students.

Email Len Morrison for more information on recruiting SCM students.

Get Involved!

Companies who join the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics’ Supply Chain Exchange program are eligible to sponsor SCM master’s capstone projects. This increased exposure to students can improve your recruiting effectiveness.
