Jospin Kalumire Mubaki (Jospin K.)

SCMb 2024

I am a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in logistics and transport management, particularly within United Nations peacekeeping missions. During my tenure with the UN, I served as a Regional Transport Officer and Inventory Management specialist, where I was responsible for assessing transportation and mobility requirements, forecasting spare parts demand, managing contracts, and executing sourcing and acquisition plans.

In addition to my extensive experience, I have demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems, demand planning, data analysis, outsourcing, and contract management. I am also multilingual, with fluency in Swahili, Lingala, French, and English.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Applied Science degree in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I am focusing on quantitative modeling, supply chain analytics using machine learning, and optimal inventory management.

I am dedicated to leading and optimizing global supply chain networks, processes, and operations. I am eager to build and maintain a professional network with fellow students while living in Cambridge/Boston.
