Namaste (Hello!), I am Nilay Kumar-a Supply Chain Consultant from India and an avid drummer who likes jamming to 80s rock music. With a background in MBA and Engineering, I’ve dabbled in multiple roles, ranging from Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Strategy and Plant Operations, toIntegrated Planning, Project Management, and Digital Transformation. Multiple visits to New Jersey & Ireland as part of J&J’s Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD) made me fall in love with Globally Connected Supply Chains. These cross-functional experiences at J&J and PwC, have fueled my ambition to develop and lead Resilient Supply Chains that can withstand shocks in today’s volatile environment. I am excited to relocate to Cambridge, where I plan to practice and hopefully participate in the Boston Marathon
