SCMr 2024

I grew up in Xi’an, China, and moved to the U.S. for college, where I obtained my undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in the SCM program at MIT, specializing in supply chain analytics with a focus on inventory planning and warehouse logistics. Before this, I spent two years as a Supply Chain Analyst at PepsiCo, providing internal consulting and data solutions for various logistics partners. Subsequently, I transitioned to a more analytical role at Gap Inc., where I focused on driving analytics for inventory transformation, including assortment optimization, replenishment operations, and store allocation. My passion is to leverage my analytical background to help businesses develop better strategies for long-term planning.
